Low temperature and atmospheric pressure storage tank has a complex system process. It should not only consider the safety of storage tank, but also consider the practicability of storage tank.
Low temperature and atmospheric pressure storage tanks should not only consider the overpressure of storage tanks, but also consider the evacuation of storage tanks (forming negative pressure). Air replenishment measures are required, so the storage tanks should be equipped with multiple imported low-temperature control valves, breathing valves, etc. Automatic dry powder fire extinguishing system and lifting device shall also be set on the top of the storage tank.
Since the general working pressure of low temperature and normal pressure storage tank is 15kpa, in order to maintain this pressure, the pressure regulating valve of the storage tank needs to be opened frequently, and the bog gas is recovered to the liquefaction section or burned by the flare in the station.
There are no such facilities in the station. If low-temperature and normal pressure tanks are used, only part of bog can be compressed to the pipe network for transportation, and the rest must be released, which will not only cause waste but also pollute the environment. or build a relatively bog storage tank in the station for bog storage, which is bound to increase a lot of investment.
