It is equipped with a set of sprinkler cooling fire-fighting device, which is composed of pipeline, sprinkler and water supply riser. It is set at the tank top, tank wall, stairs, safety passage and important process instrument equipment. The setting of the system complies with relevant domestic specifications.
The fire sprinkler pipeline of atmospheric ethylene storage tank adopts 20 # seamless double-sided galvanized steel pipe, and the device adopts the overall anti-corrosion method. The device is prefabricated and welded first, and then the whole device is subject to acid pickling and hot-dip internal and external galvanized anti-corrosion treatment, so as to achieve the anti-corrosion of the whole product without blind area.
The layout spacing of the nozzle shall meet the requirements that the fan-shaped water curtain ejected by it has a certain intersection on the tank wall, so as to prevent the generation of blind areas;Decompression facilities are set at the inlet of the main pipe of the sprinkler to control the inlet pressure. The selection of the outlet pressure and outlet coefficient of the sprinkler and the piping conditions meet the requirements that the actual spray volume after installation cannot exceed 5% of the calculated water volume; The water spray intensity shall be no less than 4l/min. M2 on the tank top and no less than 2.5l/min. M2 on the tank wall.
