What are the pre cooling filling procedures of kuaida (quick cooling)? (top) - dur equipment
Kuaidar (quick cooling) is composed of a carbon steel (or stainless steel) vacuum shell and a pressure vessel placed in it. Kuaidar (quick cooling) pre filling is usually set for "warm storage tank". The so-called "warm storage tank" refers to that it has not been used before filling, and the "warm storage tank" must be purged to ensure the purity of operating substances.
1. Purge the "quick reach" low-temperature storage tank to ensure the purity of operating substances.
2. Identify the substances contained in the conveyor.
3. Make it clear that all valves are closed except the liquid phase valve of the level gauge, the gas phase valve of the level gauge and the pressure gauge valve behind the pump.
4. Connect the infusion hose with the liquid inlet of the storage tank, and the liquid filling effect is the best when the liquid source pressure is 0.2MPa higher than the pressure of the storage tank. When the pressure changes, it can be controlled by adjusting the gas phase valve or liquid inlet valve. Note: electrostatic grounding device shall be installed for natural gas.
5. Slowly open the top inlet valve.
