Description of product structure of cryogenic liquid storage tank
The cryogenic liquid storage tank is of vertical double cylinder structure. The inner cylinder is made of s30408 stainless steel, the head is made of standard elliptical head, the outer cylinder is made of Q345R carbon steel plate, and a special steel pipe support structure is adopted between the inner and outer cylinders. The interlayer is 250mm thick. The interlayer is filled with perlite thermal insulation material and vacuumized. The factory vacuum degree is better than the national standard to ensure the index of daily evaporation rate.
The external support of the tank adopts the foot structure, which is firm and reliable, and a special hanging structure is designed to fully ensure the convenience and safety of the transportation and lifting process.
The outer tank surface has been thoroughly derusted by sand blasting to ensure that the paint will not deteriorate for at least two years.
