      Product Description:


      Cryogenic liquid sub master tank refers to a storage tank in which multiple sub tanks containing media are connected in parallel and placed in the master tank filled with thermal insulation materials according to a certain arrangement. It is usually built to meet the storage of large volume and pressure, in medium and large (1000M 3~ 10000m 3 Storage scale) LNG gasification station is widely used, and PTA, PTE and other working conditions requiring a large amount of protective gas are also more applicable.


      Product structure:


      The cryogenic liquid sub master tank is composed of multiple sub tanks, one master tank, corresponding process pipelines, valves, instruments, etc.


      Sub tank: as the main container containing low-temperature medium, it is made of austenitic stainless steel s30408; The sub tank is a vertical cylindrical leg structure. According to the volume, 4, 7 or 10 sub tanks are arranged in a certain way to connect the gas and liquid phases of all or grouped sub tanks through pipelines.


      Mother tank: as the protective shell of thermal insulation system, Q345R / 16MnDR material is usually used. The mother tank contains all the sub tanks, and uses powder stacking insulation for cold insulation to ensure that the storage medium is gasified as little as possible.

      Working pressure: 0.2MPa ~ 3.0MPa

      Main advantages:


      The single storage capacity of the equipment is large, which has the advantages of small land occupation, less investment and simple operation compared with the vacuum tank with the same volume.


      The equipment maintains the operating pressure through the self supercharger without booster pump, bog compressor and other equipment, with low operation cost and simple maintenance.
