Product description
Liquid nitrogen sub master tank refers to the tank in which multiple sub tanks containing LN2 are connected in parallel and placed in the master tank filled with thermal insulation materials in a certain arrangement. It is usually built to meet large volume and pressurized storage, and is more suitable for projects requiring a large amount of protective gas in a short time under PTA, PTE and other emergency conditions.
Product structure
The liquid nitrogen sub master tank is composed of multiple sub tanks, one master tank, corresponding process pipelines, valves, instruments, etc.
Sub tank: as the main container for LN2, it is made of austenitic stainless steel s30408; The sub tank is a vertical cylindrical leg structure. According to the volume, 4, 7 or 10 sub tanks are arranged in a certain way to connect the gas and liquid phases of all or grouped sub tanks through pipelines.
Mother tank: as the protective shell of thermal insulation system, Q345R / 16MnDR material is usually used. The mother tank contains all the sub tanks, and uses powder stacking insulation for cold insulation to ensure that the storage medium is gasified as little as possible.

Main advantages
