Description of LNG full capacity tank
The tank adopts flat bottom cylindrical metal full capacity tank structure. The main design standard of full capacity tank is api620-2014 design and construction of large welded low pressure storage tank; The tank structure adopts the following forms:
Double layer metal wall, flat bottom, inner suspended roof, outer arch roof, vertical cylinder and full containment structure, which are composed of main vessel, secondary vessel, thermal angle protective layer, bottom insulation, interlayer insulation, ceiling insulation, steel structure on the top of storage tank, tower ladder, equipment valve, electrical instrument and foundation platform.
LNG liquid is stored in the inner tank (main container) of the full capacity tank, and the outer tank (secondary container) is used to contain evaporated gas and cold insulation materials. When the inner tank leaks, the outer tank thermal angle protection system can effectively store part of LNG liquid.
The inner and outer tanks are flat bottomed and cylindrical metal tanks. The inner tank top is of suspended ceiling type and is suspended on the outer tank vault support structure through suspenders. The outer tank top is a spherical vault and the top support structure is a ribbed annular grid. LNG storage tank foundation adopts concrete elevated bearing platform structure.
