About heavy truck filling station LNG filling station
LNG filling station is a filling station for filling LNG liquid for LNG vehicles. Main equipment composition: LNG storage tank, full-function pump skid and LNG dispenser. LNG storage tank can be temporarily replaced by tank car.
The main functional modes of LNG filling station are as follows:
Gas filling function: LNG in the storage tank is pumped out and pressurized by LNG cryogenic pump, and liquid is added to the vehicle through the liquid dispenser
Unloading function: LNG in LNG tank car is pumped to LNG storage tank by cryogenic pump
Pressurization function: inject part of LNG in the storage tank into the gasifier to gasify into bog into the storage tank, and stop when the storage tank pressure reaches the set pressure
Temperature regulation function: use LNG cryogenic pump to extract part of LNG from the storage tank, inject it into the thermostat and enter the storage tank. When the liquid temperature reaches the set temperature, it will stop.
Generally, pure LNG filling station is composed of LNG storage tank, pump skid and submerged pump, storage tank pressurization gasifier, unloading gasifier, EAG heater (these three gasifiers will change accordingly Doer to different process flow), liquid dispenser, etc. Service hotline: 0512-81666096
