Main parameters of LNG skid mounted gasification station
The skid mounted equipment can provide series products according to user needs to meet different needs of users. The gasification station has perfect process design, convenient transportation and installation, beautiful appearance, small floor area, reliable operation and easy maintenance. It is widely used for urban emergency gas supply, residential small II gas supply and industrial users' production gas supply.
LNG skid mounted gasifier is composed of LNG unloading, tank pressurization, air temperature gasifier, reheating, pressure regulation, metering and odorization. All parts are integrated on one to three skids. Each skid is equipped with process parameter on-site display and remote transmission instrument, and is equipped with emergency interlock control function to prevent the outlet temperature of air temperature gasifier and low temperature after reheating, Ensure that the gas temperature at the outlet of the equipment is ≥ 5 ℃.
