Introduction to welding of LNG air heated gasifier
When the design of LNG gasifier is completed, process welding will be involved. Good process welding will not only contribute to the planning ability and gasification effect of the gasifier, but also play a beautiful role.
General air temperature vaporizers and vaporizers are certified by welding engineers who have passed the examination of the welding training center and have 5-8 years of welding experience in similar products. All welds are welded by argon arc welding machine. The welded parts are treated by groove and oxide film removal. 304 lining process ring with low temperature resistance is adopted at the weld. There is no weld bead during welding to ensure smooth flow in the heat exchange tube cavity. All aluminum welding joints are welded with Smick aluminum welding wire with stable quality. The weld formation is uniform and beautiful, just like automatic welding. There are no pores, slag inclusion and internal weld beading, which absolutely ensures the weld quality and liquid flow.
After complete and strict welding process, pressure test and other processes, the gasifier can reach the service conditions, so as to meet the engineering needs of each plant.
