Whole process analysis of LNG cryogenic liquid storage tank
LNG cryogenic liquid tanks and natural gas tanks are commonly used storage containers in various industries. Different types and specifications of tanks play different roles, so what is the process of each area?
1. LNG storage system of natural gas storage tank: the LNG storage system is composed of cryogenic storage tank, auxiliary pipeline and control instrument.
2. Classification by capacity: small natural gas storage tank, 5-50m3, commonly used in civil gas vaporization station, LNG vehicle filling station, etc; Medium sized natural gas storage tank, 50-100m3, commonly used in satellite liquefaction device, industrial gas vaporization station, etc.

4. Liquefaction process of natural gas storage tank: cascade liquefaction process, mixed refrigerant liquefaction process and liquefaction process with expander.
5. The liquefaction device of natural gas storage tank is composed of natural gas pretreatment process, liquefaction process, storage system, control system and fire protection system.
