How to maintain the air heated gasifier?
Air heated gasifier is a kind of flammable and explosive liquid. In order to prevent trouble, the daily maintenance of LNG related gasifier station is very important. What safety inspection work should we do in daily work?
1. The operator in the station shall conduct patrol inspection in the morning and evening every day to ensure safety and no leakage, and make records.
2. When operating the valve, it should be opened and closed slowly. It is strictly forbidden to use power tools to open and close the valve. For the thawing of equipment, pipelines and valves, it is only allowed to flush with water, and it is strictly forbidden to knock, fire and electric heating.
3. The valve under the safety valve and pressure gauge is normally open, and it is strictly forbidden to close, and the safety valve and pressure gauge shall be kept in good working condition (within the detection cycle).
4. Operators should work with certificates, and non workers are not allowed to enter the area of LNG gasification station.
5. Under normal use, valves, pipelines and instruments shall be inspected and maintained once every half a year.
