LNG filling station - Doer Equipment
L-CNG filling station is an organic combination of LNG and CNG filling methods, which can not only meet the filling of LNG vehicles such as heavy trucks and buses, but also meet the filling of CNG vehicles.
The liquid discharged from the LNG tank is divided into two routes. One is pressurized to 1.2MPa by the LNG submersible pump skid and then enters the LNG dispenser. The other LNG is pressurized to 25MPa by the high-pressure plug pump skid and then enters the vaporizer skid for gasification to normal temperature gas. It is distributed to the high-pressure gas cylinder group through the time sequence controller, and is divided into high, medium and low circuits to enter the CNG dispenser. It mainly includes four modes: unloading mode, pressure regulation and saturation regulation mode, precooling and filling mode, and unloading mode.
