      Process characteristics of various medium storage tanks


      Large atmospheric cryogenic storage tanks are used to store liquid oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide and other media, which are widely used in various industries


      1 cryogenic storage tank adopts vacuum insulation, and the insulation material is pearlite.


      2. The top liquid filling design has a porous filling structure, which can make the cryogenic liquid stable when filling into the inner container. It can also make part of the gas phase in the inner container be absorbed and liquefied at cryogenic, so as to maintain the relative stability of the gas phase pressure in the filling process.


      3. The supporting structure between the tank and the shell is supported by the upper stainless steel strap and the lower stainless steel tube. Under the normal working position (vertical) of the equipment, the gravity load of the tank and its storage medium is transferred to the shell through three stainless steel tubes, and finally to the shell legs and the equipment foundation, so as to avoid the extra eccentric moment load. The structure also ensures the free contraction of the tank under the cryogenic working condition.


      4. The cryogenic pipeline is led out from the lower end of the tank, which is convenient for operation and maintenance. In order to ensure that the tank can store cryogenic liquid stably and safely, the tank is equipped with multiple safety devices and instruments: liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, explosion-proof device for outer cylinder in interlayer, combined safety system for inner tank, pipeline safety valve, etc.


      It is because of the special material structure and special form of the storage tank that all kinds of gases can be stored for use in the industry.
