Filling system and discharge pipeline of liquid ammonia atmospheric storage tank
The liquid in the liquid ammonia atmospheric storage tank is discharged through the liquid discharge port at the bottom. The DN150 root low-temperature stop valve is set on the liquid discharge pipeline, which is divided into two ways after leaving the root stop valve, and a DN150 low-temperature stop valve is set respectively to connect the inlets of two pumps.
Tank car pipeline:
The liquid in the storage tank is discharged through the Dn40 discharge port at the bottom. The discharge pipeline is provided with double low-temperature stop valves and fast filling joints for tank car connection. The discharge pipeline is also provided with an air seal structure inside the equipment and led out from under the bottom plate of the inner tank to ensure that the liquid is discharged completely;In order to facilitate the precooling and start-up of the pump, the anti vortex structure is set at the discharge port to avoid cavitation of the pump.
