      Technical requirements for steam heated water bath vaporizer

      Steam heated water bath vaporizer is a hot water circulating heating method, which uses the heat of uninterrupted circulating water to heat the low-temperature liquid in the heat exchange pipe, so as to gasify the low-temperature liquid into gas. The structure adopts high-quality low-temperature special stainless steel material, compact design, high heat exchange efficiency, convenient maintenance, energy-saving and environmental protection advantages:

      Working pressure: 0.2MPa ~ 40MPa

      Gasification capacity: 50nm 3/ h~40000Nm 3/ h

      Working medium: LNG, Lin, LOX, LAR, lc2h4, lco2, etc

      Equipment classification: electric heating type, steam heating type and hot water circulation type

      Equipment advantages: using water as heat transfer medium, it has strong heat exchange capacity, can operate continuously for a long time, and the outlet temperature is low. Working principle: the principle is that the shell side uses water as the heat medium to heat the low-temperature medium in the tube side. Steam heated water bath vaporizer introduces heat into the shell side through high-temperature steam, maintains the water temperature in the shell side at 60 ~ 80 ℃, and then transfers energy through hot water to vaporize the low-temperature medium in the tube side and reheat it to the gas at the design temperature.

      Equipment structure: the tube side is spiral wound structure; The low-temperature medium enters from the bottom manifold and is heated and gasified during operation in each branch coil and discharged from the top. Its gasifier capacity is mainly determined by the temperature and flow of shell side medium. Its main feature is that it has a large heat exchange area in the same volume.
