About tank interlayer and inner tank purging pipeline
The nitrogen seal pipeline connecting with the nitrogen source of the system shall be reserved in the storage tank. Before the tank is put into operation (without bog condition), keep the insulation material in the interlayer dry.
The inner tank reserves a nitrogen purging pipeline connected with the nitrogen source of the system. Before the pre cooling liquid inlet commissioning of the system, the pipeline is used to purge the inner tank and process pipeline.

Electrostatic grounding system
The storage tank belongs to the second type of lightning protection buildings and structures. In order to prevent direct lightning, the lightning strip should be set at the parts of the equipment vulnerable to lightning, and the protruding metal equipment shell should be connected with the lightning strip. According to the standard, when the thickness of tank roof is more than 4mm, it is not necessary to set lightning rod separately. The bidder shall be responsible for installing lightning protection grounding strip at the bottom of the storage tank for access to the lightning protection grounding grid in the station. The bidder shall install anti-static grounding device on metal objects easy to generate static electricity, such as equipment, pipeline, frame, etc. according to process requirements, so as to prevent static induction spark and static bridging.
