Storage and maintenance of large atmospheric low temperature liquid storage tank
The storage methods and maintenance of large atmospheric low temperature liquid storage tank are as follows:
(1) Custody
A. To adapt to the performance characteristics of materials and the needs of construction and production.
B. To facilitate the collection, distribution, inventory and cleaning of materials.
C. To meet the requirements of safety technology management and standardization.
D. Keep according to material performance classification.
E. Large equipment is directly transported to the construction site.
F. All steel products shall be stacked or stored on the shelves according to different varieties, specifications, grades, models, steel grades, heat numbers, batch numbers and places of origin.
G. If the warehousing materials cannot be accepted without quality certificate, the quantity acceptance can be carried out first, and the quality can be supplemented after the quality certificate arrives.
H. Fragile, vulnerable and high precision instruments, meters and electrical materials shall be stored in the special electric instrument warehouse according to the label, and shall be handled with care, without inversion, collision, rolling and extrusion.
1. The complete set of equipment must be stored in a complete set, and the main engine, accessories and special tools shall not be scattered, and it is strictly forbidden to use them.
G. Welding materials shall be stored in a special warehouse to avoid collision and extrusion during transportation. The stacking distance shall not be less than 20 cm from the ground, and the stacking layer shall not exceed 20 layers.
(2) Maintenance
A. In the process of storage, we should strengthen the maintenance to achieve the "ten no": no rust, no moisture, no freezing, no rot, no mildew, no change, no damage, no leakage, no mixing, no explosion. There is no error in distribution and no loss in storage.
B. Electrical and instrument equipment shall be stored in the warehouse, and those stored in the open air shall be covered under the mat, and pay attention to moisture and sun protection.
C. Large section steel can be stored under the cover of open storage yard, and medium section steel can be stored in the shed; Small section steel should be stored in steel warehouse to prevent corrosion. Pipes should be stored in the warehouse, stainless steel and carbon steel should be stored separately.
